Girl Next Door...:OOTD

Hi Friends!!

I am here with new OOTD.I wore this last weekend. It is a laid back and girl next door look , I had to go for grocery shopping and he(husband) wouldn't let me do anything over the top!
The bag I am carrying is snake print from Martin Osa and it is the same bag about which I tweeted some time back that a girl walked up to me in a store and complimented!It feels nice:)

Now since we are talking about animal print stuff, I have something to say, I know animal print is 'in' this season but that doesn't mean you have to completely turn into an animal(read snake print,leopard print,tiger print and what not covered from head to toe!) and roam around on road..it is scary! I am no pro in fashion,it is just my personal opinion.

Wearable Purple Eye look:EOTD

Hi Friends!!

My love for Wet n Wild products is known to you.My outings to walgreens are just not complete until I pick a couple of WnW stuff.Some time back I had got eye shadow palette Lust from WnW.It is purple based palette, can be used for day as well as night looks and the best part is that the palette has all necessary shades required for converting a day look into night look.Here is my EOTD using it.

Things I used:
*UDPP
*Lust WnW palette
*Stila smudge pot
*Stila kajal
*Max factor mascara
*WnW eye liner in white

White with a hint of glitter..:NOTD

Hi friends!!

I am all in love with white nail paints these days and I dont think that white nail paints are to be worn only in summers..even if there is some unwritten rule about it, it is absolutely not for me.White nail paints is what i'll wear the most during fall (but would definitely stop it before snow as I would have enough white around me!)

I have used white widow from apocalypse urban decay nail paint kit and pink glitter nail paint from wet n wild.Top coat is also from wet n wild.

Pros:
*couple of coats were enough for white widow
*Glitter nail paint from wet n wild has good consistency
and one swipe has enough glitter in them(I have done two swipes on)
*I have it for 6days and now it has started chipping(with household chores!)so,
I think it has good stay power.

Cons:
*White widow takes some time to dry.

Definitely a Giggle for me both wet n wild glitter nail paint n white widow from Urban Decay.Go ahead girls try this out!!

Wet n Wild Haul

Hi Friends!!

Here I am with a mini Haul. Shopping makes all of us happy, on top of that shopping cosmetics is like unending slow motion dream sequence..you just dont want it to end!!At least thats the case with me:) And best place to live this dream for me is places like CVS pharmacy ,Walgreens (often I choose them over sephora where I just go to buy my sepcific products,else all my NARS n BOBBI BROWNS n MACs n UDs are online shopping).The reason for choosing these places cause I get good cosmetic products at amazing price..so me happy.. my wallet happy!!!

I am head over heels in love with this brand Wet n Wild(mind it girls I am not being compensated by the brand in any form and I have bought these product from my hard earned money).
I already own quite a few of their eye shadow palettes , nail paints and I am happy with them.

In my recent outing to CVS Pharmacy I bought two nail paints , a top coat and color icon palette called Lust.

Sonakshi at Fashion Night Out...

Sonakshi looked drop dead gorgeous in dabaang..from her outfits to her make up to the way she was presented everything was perfect. Generally her fashion quotient is high and she carries her outfits well. Then what went wrong on fashion night out at dlf emporio..she looked so over done! Tons and tons…layers and layers of make up! Dark lips are in fashion and it looks good on sonakshi but she had put everything at one place..dark bright lipstick and dark bright jacket..matchy matchy! If you see on their own both the things look good.. the lipstick as well as the jacket…ensemble just didn’t work and to add to the woes her foundation was more than normal..cakey!

All said and done I like you sonakshi..and love your hair!

Something New...:OOTD

Hi Friends!!

Beginning of this month was my birthday and if you girls are following me on twitter then you know what made it so special!!!! Anyways I was suppose to wear something new on birthday(hence the title)and I didnt have anything other than the Tommy Hilfiger shirt which I am wearing.Since it was weekend I wanted it to be more casual but I was not left with much option!
The shoes I am wearing are gifted to me by ggg1(just to remind we are group of three girls though I am the only one [ggg2] who is currently posting on the blog).Well in the pictures the shoes look flat ballerina style but they aren't ...it is high heels!!

Hi Friends!

So girls who all went for ifb conference and fashion night out...I am all ears to them please pour in your stories!!!Well I couldn't go for either of them but caught all the fun on twitter courtesy all you lovely girls and ifabbo ..thanks!!

Here I am wearing grungefrom apocalypse nail kit of URBAN DECAY.
Though I am very bad at describing color but I'll try..it is dark green shimmery color with under tones of black.

pros:
.nice dark green color with black undertones
.good choice of color for fall
.couple of coats are enough
cons:
.size of the bottle is annoying it is really small and makes application of nail paint
slightly tough:(

I have applied top coat over the nail paint.

It is a giggle for me!

Evening Eye Look :EOTD

I am sharing an evening eye look I did couple of days back.And I matched my eye look with my earrings , rest of my outfit was simple n plain so it didn't look over the top!!
I am completely in love with this MAC pigment..it is so easy to use!!

Traditional Indian Eye Look :EOTD

Hi Friends!!

I am here with my traditional Indian eye look I did for teej festival.
Things I used:
.UDPP
.MAC concealer studio fix NC42
.NYX jumbo eye pencil in pure gold
.NARS cheyenne
.MAC cranberry
.MAC embark
.MAC vanilla pigment
.Max factor mascara

One learns only with experience!!Human nature..Ggrrr..Well I have read on so many blogs n even heard lisa eldrige say that using foundation or concealer on eyelids is bad idea..but I still tried it as my eye lids are pigmented.As it turns out using concealer was indeed bad idea as it caused creasing of eyeshadow(u'll see in pics) within half and hour of doing my make up...sad:((
